“Exclusion” list and photos
This list appears to define the Cape Village structures planned to remain as the Park is established. Information was given by Les Moore to the surveyor (some of this history is innocently inaccurate).
This survey is presented as a snapshot in time of the Cape Village.

The Baker-Holderness Cottage, known as “Casablanca”, built in 1930 by R.W. and Penelope Baker of Greensboro.
This camp was originally built by Thad Hussey–rebuilt by Brent and Sylvia Nash–and sits just west of the Barden cottage.

Thad Hussey Cottage–Brent Nash family rebuilt in the 70s
Originally the 1915 Josenhans Cottage –used by his family but not by the other jetty workers–that fact appears inaccurate. The Bourne family used this camp in the 1970s.
